At Mint Wearables, every piece is made to order — precision-engraved to mark your moment. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Times
All Mint Wearables are custom-engraved. Please allow up to 5 business days for production before dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using reliable tracked delivery services.

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier delays.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Mint Wearables is currently only available to customers within Australia.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to ship on time, occasional delays can occur due to external factors (e.g. weather, carrier issues). We’re not liable for delays outside our control but will always help you track and resolve issues where possible.
Wrong Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it — additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@mintwearables.com.
We will work with our shipping partners to locate your parcel or provide a resolution where appropriate.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if your product is lost or damaged in transit, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the expected delivery window.
