Returns Policy

At Mint Wearables, each piece is made to order — precision-engraved and built to honour your achievement. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.


Custom Orders

All Mint Wearables are individually engraved with your race details and personal finish time, based on the information you provide at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information — including race time and event details — is correct before placing the order.
We do not accept responsibility for incorrect engravings where the supplied information was inaccurate.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your wearable arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect (not matching the information you submitted), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@mintwearables.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll assess your claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for approved faulty or incorrect items. For all other issues, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
